Creditor’s Rights & Bankruptcy Practice

Streusand, Landon, Ozburn & Lemmon, LLP represents creditors in all aspects of refinance, restructuring, and insolvency cases. We work on both transactional and litigation oriented matters with a focus on protecting our clients’ interests and collateral in all chapter proceedings, under the Bankruptcy Code and under State law. We also, on occasion, represent Chapter 11 Debtors in business reorganization/orderly liquidation cases. Our primary focus is on the creditor/collection side of our practice.
